Before getting involved in the design industry, I was a painter. It's a background that taught me not only to look closely but to translate what I see visually. I've been excited as a designer now to be able to take it one step further and apply what I learn back out into
the world.
Through experience I’ve come to believe that design frames the way people see themselves and the world around them. This is why I’m driven towards discovering the meaning in things through an approach to design which I describe a simultaneously pragmatic and inspired.
